However considering your offer, its probably a good deal. My dealer paint cost is fairly protected so what I tell you is what it is, then I get a 3% holdback on the paint from the vendor as its been around a while when I bought it, then you probably can't or won't pay it all at once so I'll nail you on the financing.

this is flawed.....the pleasure will be his....

financing?? dude, you'll be lucky if people pay the princiapl nowadays....

my basement is basically done....i'm holding back 35% (it was supposed to be 30%)...until i actually start using it

Great!!! I will expect you and Mike to do this every few months. But remember, I am supplying the paint so you don't get the holdback! Oh and I will pay the $20 in full once the job has been completed to Denise's satisfaction...my satisfaction here does not count.

BTW, I prefer Creemores so pick some up on the way down!

Ahah Black Kettle BLACK KETTLE!!!

Nice, I like your style.

See I don't pay full price for anything hardly. I only buy Tim Hortons when I have a chance of winning a freebie hehe

You said supplies, but I didn't agree to that. Here's you .20 down payment back.
NO SALE

Mmm I feel like a dealer, all dirty and nasty.

I need to look into buying a dealership.

Paint is part of the supplies...yes, I am providing the brushes too .

Don't worry, once Denise sees you and Mike working away she will force me to help and so I will have to pay you both AND still do the damn work!
