People on autotopia.org are ANAL about maintenance.. some good reading..
I realize you still need to use Zaino as a base and I will.. but where do you get this S100 stuff? Is it a Harley brand name? Harley dealerships only?

Yeah those dudes are extreme heh. I like it.

I think we might have lost Simon to them now.

I got my question answered. You can Z6 over S100!

And yeah Jarek, get it at the Harley dealers...S100 they have 8 or so products.

Simon - Maybe my point wasn't clear.. I was trying to explain a bit my experiences with Sal and that no matter what you say to Sal, he will be negative to other products if it is not Zaino. I am all for competition. I think if you guys feel comfortable with this product then I say go for it.

Vince - Hi

Yeah what she said, no matter what you say to that guy he's gonna sell you Zaino. I'd slap him in the maw if he didn't really but hey we can make up our own minds on what we do. I love S100 and I plan on buying more, and more Zaino.

Shelley ROCKS!

folks

Ive never seen a bad response from a user who has done the S100 over zaino . .. . and lord knows Im on about 30 boards . .

I cant tell you not to (that would be dumb) and I cant tell you it will cause any sort of harm (cant believe it will)

Simon, the melting thing ? I wouldnt worry about it, the zaino is going to protect into the mid hundreds as you said, and the melted wax will simply not bother the polymer base . . . it couldnt . . .

I think some of you guys (and gals) are anal enough about your cars, and knowledgeable enough about these things - to judge for yourself . . .

Just remember - if in doubt - test it on Nimesh's car

Oh, and publicly Nimesh - Thank you for hosting us Sunday . . .

Dennis

p.s. if this gets my zaino licence pulled, you guys are in trouble for making me give an honest opinion . . . is there room in sales for honesty?

its cause "Vince ruined your car"

time to send it out for a repaint and send the dog the bill . . .

likely . or possible cause you used too much, or the surface was really hot. that may not be the case, did Marco use it there to and get the same result?

I dont have a lot of experience with the S100 . .. so Im guessing based on past experiences . . .

perhaps you experienced the bad results that "can" happen according to Sal Zaino ?
maybe he does know a bit of what he speaks . . .?

next try, use less?
after the car gets painted . . .

Vince, you got a favourite shop to send the car to ?

I think it has something to do with heat.

I did mine the next day again in the garage and I found it simple as can be to apply. I don't think I'll do a full sunlight one again. Thats probably why you nearly stroked out man.

Maybe you were high on S100 fumes?
