sad to see that happen..
but never fully understood who did what over there at Ganley.. I just know a bunch would go down and save a ton of dough..
what's your take on it ? is Joe able to handle Ganley ? Jeff appears from the thread to have a plan for hardtopguy.com

I hope this works out for him. I've done business with HTguy for some time now. Beats the heck out of the "highway robbery" that takes place at local dealerships.
This may be a good thing. Lately, we've been seeing more and more customer issues reported on this site. I believe that most of these were things that Jeff could not control. When you place an order via the website, I sorta doublted that Joe even knew about it. The other parts people at Ganley handled it and like most parts guys, they didn't care. It was just another crappy 8 to 5 job. It's not till you actually phoned him that he was aware that you had placed an order and even then, he may not have had control of the outcome.
It will be interesting in the months to come how he makes out. I think it'll be tough to operate away from the umbrella of a dealership.

I wish him the best of luck, Ganley are retards to let him go. I can only imagine how much money he's made them, and no doubt increased the perception of quality and service 100 fold all by himself.
Hell, I'll feel even better supporting him in everything I can knowing that he gets to keep it all now.
Good luck buddy,
