yeah check with speedstar http://www.speedstar.com/
as they can prob do it or know a shop that can...they are in markham near you.
if no luck there, there is carcone's which specializes in rim repair which is just north of you about 15 mins. http://www.carcone.com/
there are other rim repair places, but they're far from markham.
