There are guys running 245 all around, you just need a stiffer front bar.
I have been thinking about it, but I think first I'll try 225 front and 265 rear depending on the tire.

The best wearing one I know of are the RA1s and that is at full tread only - not really a good idea of the track.

Last year I went 225F 245R and it was okay for autox but the back end was a little happy at the track.
This year I went 225/265 and I love it for both autox and track.

That's on OEM 17s. They barely ever so subtly rub, so even a couple mm change in offset would be horrible. You also would need to run close to full negative camber, but it's doable. I haven't noticed any unnecessary tire wear from it yet.
