Importing an S from the States

the process i did for bringing my cars across was:
- shipped car from cali to buffalo
- got printout from honda dealer in buffalo for recall proof
-then drove the car to the boarder and payed tax on what my purchase price was
-riv/ safety
-payed the rest of tax and registration fees for plates etc.

the americans tell you when you cross into the states that you need to pay export tax aswell. import tax is all you need to pay when crossing. as you are going by canadian regulations to register it in canada.

Lol totally get it Eric. Canadians don't normally take offense to comments like that. Maybe some would. I'm not moving anywhere love it here. I've traveled worldwide. There are places a lot worse in the world!
