I've decided.

My last one will be tomorrow morning sitting on the can.

To give you an idea, I have a smoke on average every 30-45 minutes I'm awake.

Feel free to have a pool to see if I crack. I'll be honest and post if I have one.

If my life hasn't killed me yet, I don't think this will.
So how's it going....I didn't read through the thread. Good Luck if you are still without smoking.

Good luck buddy! Try TRY TRY!!! I did and is smoke free for 3 months now.....my first time after 15 years but man I feel good.... NOT EASY but it's all in the mind....21 days is your goal and you will form a new habit of "NOT SMOKING".

I didn't use patch either.....forgive yourself if you fail a bit...during like cheat BUT don't give up.

Mike has a better chance of getting married to a woman by the time he hits 35 than he does doing this.

I do give him credit though, I remember having this debate with him in my living room once, and he said "If ****ing smokes were ****ing $100 a pack I'd still ****ing smoke them"

I'm glad I never forget anything.

Mike just imagine some leather man is going to break down the door and teabag you whenever you reach for a smoke.
