I parked my car in a fireroute for a few seconds cause it was raining like a madman at the bank in a plaza in etobicoke i was given a ticket by a company called municipal parking corporation
I understand there is some new bylaw which prohibits anyone besides the city of toronto to issue tickets? has anyone heard of this?? do i have to pay this ticket and will it effect my credit if they take it to collections....

Haha, I was just reading about someone in Ottawa getting a parking ticket.

$25 for not paying for parking at the meter.....

But $50 for illegally parking.... so $75 ticket......

So if you park illegally don't forget to pay!
