Share your secrets with me, oh floating device-headed wise one. Do you eat different foods than you used to? I know some foods are more filling and healthier than others, but I haven't quite been able to limit myself to them

None of this was a concious effort. Though I can say that I probably eat a little healthier then I did, not as much mcdonalds and fast food.. but I'm from from a discrimanating eater.
Mostly, I think it's just the extreme stress that I'm under. So much shit going wrong, I just can't be bothered eating, and when I do, I just want to get it over with.
If I have any good advice, I drink wayyy more water then I used to.
