Yoshio is (was?) highly respected with for his tuning. At one time there really was no where else to get an ITR properly tuned. There were even lots of ITR guys on honda-tech who'd come up from the states to see him. Now the whole tuning process has been demystified, and there are many competent tuners who can do the job.
That guy with the Sueboobaroo is damn fast. But don't think that he's done anything on a budget. Haha. He's been around a long time and has a lot to invest into the sport. Those are damn fine cars though. When I need something more practical I'll definitely be looking in that direction.

^ I've heard stories about that guy. But they've always been 1/2 excellent and 1/2 horrible.
Needless to say this person seems to have an inconsistency in customer satisfaction.

I think I am going to take it to Ultimate Racing. They haven't worked on a Legacy before and I kinda know the sales rep there. He wants to take my car for a week and see how much power he can get out of it. All I have to pay is $695 for the ECU flash and the rest of stuff they put in I can keep.
