Voice of reason here I have all of the above a real mini, a 2006 WRX had a 2002 WRX and still have the S2000. So my vote goes for the WRX Mini's are nice but the WRX is great (that is when Joanne lets me drive it)!!!!

It's better. Better brakes, better engine (both of which I've already said).

I don't like the seats as much though. Not quite as supportive.

oh contraire the seats are much better maybe not for your skinny butt, but normal person's find them much more supportive and on a track they would be much better. Otherwise you are correct the engine is a lot stronger and has a smaller turbo so the lag is a lot less (none) and the brakes are in a whole other league.

I wear a 34" pant. My ass ain't skinny

Just preference I guess. I actually find my wagon's seats more supportive than the S2K's. Didn't like the feel of the new one's as much.

Yes, that definitely contributes to it, but I also find the bolsters fit me better.
