Default Which hood is more resistent to dents?

Just wondering if a carbon fiber hood is more resistent to dents than our stock aluminum hood? Paintless dent removal places won't even think of trying it on our hood and body shops are too expensive and will just cover it with bondo.

I may be getting a carbon fiber hood if it's to expensive to fix.

They won't dent. I believe there are vids on the VIS site with someone jumping on the CF hood and even a car running over it.

However if it gets hit in the cold say bye bye. I don't think it will shatter (into pieces) since it is weaved with some sort of material.

I think CF would be more impervious to dents.

I figured carbon fiber would be better.

Hey Jason, do you know the link to the vis website. I can't seem to find it.

I certainly think so and I would suggest doing it right by getting a Mugen CF hood
