RDD's work BUT they only work at short range. With my V1 I detect most radar sets at distances in excess of 5km. When you get close to the source you can just shut it off. The point being that you will see them long before they see you. They still may nab you but it's not like you are wearing a sign on your forehead. The reliability of the V1 is that good. You get 4 lights and you can start looking for the cruiser around the next bend.
