If I've just driven on a proper road...they get covered with pebbles heh

If not, then they are like any other tire....no better no worse.

Actually he's right, and you're right....kinda.

The 200 rating is pretty much a load of shit heh.

They are on the same level tire as a Kuhmo MX, Falken ST-615 etc.

More in like with the Falken than anything else, the comparo's seem to pit the two against one another, and both are labled as the HOT to have in the street touring class this year...at least thats what I read in GRM this month

I like them a lot so far, plenty of grip all the time.
LOL

you're clueless...

the kumho MX is rated at 220.

the RT looks to be substantially lower...maybe a 50 or 60 rating....a true track tire.

Even though the MX is rated at 220.. it wore just as fast on my rsx as the 140 S-02 on the s2000

Yes, the RT is an R compound...

Maybe research them a bit and see what people who race say..

I understand the wear ratings aren't worth a whole lot, considering the tire companies issue whatever they want for them.

Don't forget the tire ratings only compare to that tire company's standard for tire wear. A 200 rated tire by one company may be a 140 by another.

The 200 rating is pretty much a load of shit heh, there is no way these have a realistic rating. They are on the same level tire as a Kuhmo MX, Falken ST-615 etc.

There is a class of AutoX in the states that rule out that you must run a tire with minimum 200treadwear rating. Hankook made these tires specifically for that reason. I believe Falken has a race/track tire like this as well.

Here's my writeup Dawg

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...view=getnewpost

I like them, very close to S02 in ultimate dry grip and very predictable. On turn 3 on fabi (hairpin) i was able to induce some oversteer. Drifted the turn at full lock and easily recovered twice...LOL. I kept the pressure at 35psi Cold. Didnt have a chance to fool around with pressures. As a cheap set of track tires or S02 replacements for the street definately

Perfect good to hear!

They look great still, like you could at least do a few events and still drive them on the street for a while.

Now wait till they get broken in
