Tires are on....I still have the mold release on them. Already tried some spirited driving and grip feels very good. I cant wait to track these....I will be playing with the pressures alot. When the tires were off i felt the sidewalls and they are definatly stronger thn my previous T1-S, but still not as strong as the OEM S02's.
My prevous complaint with the T1-S was slow initial turn in...like a slight delay when you yank the steering wheel, and that was due to the T1-S soft sidewalls. The RS-2's have a better responce then T1-S but not S02 level. Like I said ill be playing with pressures Sunday....I might be able to get them up to OEM S02 levels...

Ian with the tire pressures up I find the turn in is just as good as the S02's with very nice amounts of grip.
Hotknives - I didn't try to drive through any deep pools of water, i'd expect these tires to be better than S02's in the wet regardless due to the channels.

Actually he's right, and you're right....kinda.
The 200 rating is pretty much a load of shit heh, there is no way these have a realistic rating. They are on the same level tire as a Kuhmo MX, Falken ST-615 etc.
More in like with the Falken than anything else, the comparo's seem to pit the two against one another, and both are labled as the HOT to have in the street touring class this year...at least thats what I read in GRM this month
I like them a lot so far, plenty of grip all the time.
