Good time to get an S2000?
A few years ago the Wife and I had a lovely AP1 to boot around in and it was everything we wanted in a small car...then it got jacked from the front of our house. So last year we tried to get ourselves back into another S2K, but we were taken for a ride by some lowlife car broker/importer all summer. Thankfully we got all our money back a few weeks ago and we're going to try to initiate this again!
So when is a good time of the year to start looking at cars? Should we consider importing one ourselves?
We're looking to upgrade to an AP2 this time around, anyone got something they want to get ride of?

i have a 2003 Berlina Black S2000 bone stock never moddified and i baby the hell out of it. It has 53,000km no accidents and it was bought from Honda in Chatham so it's a Canadian car. I'm the 2nd owner looking for $20,000. I know you're looking for an AP2 but i just thought maybe you'd be interested in an AP1 in mint condition.

i wouldnt say there is a best time to buy the car..
you will have to keep your eyes and ears open! if someone sells something u like! just take it! after all... you can't go wrong with an AP2 even if you paid a few hundred bucks or a grand or 2 higher in the "low" season!!!!

PMs sent and replied! I would love to get into an AP2, but 03_BB_S2K's car does peek my interests!

edited lol the body has 60 k and the engine has 15k... lol yes it was deffinitely either BEATEN TO SHIT... or theft recovery/ accident car. There is no way an s2000 motor will crap out at 60k unless the owner is a huge moron. Car is decently priced though. One mistake i made was not buying my car off of an s2ki member... i suggest you do that as these guys bring BABYING to a whole new level. You will see once you go look at a couple of them.
