GM synchromesh
I saw that most of the guys who tried this transmission fluid ( Part number 12345349 )really liked it and have never found a place who sell it in Montreal ( They all say it is replaced by a different part number.....Can't remember this number )
Anyone have found some in the Toronto region ?
Thanks !

I don't drive my car very often in the winter ...just a little run once in a while. I'm aware that this fluid doesn't like the cold wheater in our gearbox so i am not planning to switch to this fluid until next spring......If i find some !!!
And.....merry christmas to all !

I've tried the GM fluid and didn't like the feel. It was more notchy and was too rubbery. I just changed back to Honda MTF and my tranny has felt good ever since. The Canadian version of the GM is probably the same as the one which is Part number 12345349.
I had the GM in when it was pretty warm still in late summer so it didn't feel better in the warm weather either. I would try changing to fresh Honda MTF first and if you don't like it then try the GM fluid. Others have said that the GM fluid breaks down quick and you'll have to change it often.
