Default General Exclaim UHP or Fuzion ZRi

Trying to decide between these two tires. The General Exclaim UHP are $55 cheaper for the set however.

Size 215/45/17
and 245/40/17

Anyone have any good or bad experiences with these tires?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Go with the Potenza RE050.

Fantastic tire for the S.

My price range is $500 to $600 out the door as commuter tires. Could I get the Potenza tires in that price range? If not, any idea which tire is better between the two I listed?

if your only using them for the street then for a better price you can go with Ecsta MX's or Toyo T1-Rs.......

Potenza's are fantastic summer tires and are worth the $$....Like Michelin's are to all seasons

If you're on a budget, I agree with Ian; Toyo T1R's are apparently very good.

hey i've got the General exclaim UHP's on my car. Had them on for about 5-6 months now. good tires for the money, no complaints except they have a softer compound that the kumho's so if the price is similar you might wanna go with the kumho 712's they'll last slightly longer but no complaints in terms of the exclaims, their really good for the money.

There is one recommendation for the UHPs, thanks fastlyfe.

If I was going to shell out for the Potenzas which do I want? I'm confused by the fact that there is RE050, RE050 RFT, RE050A, RE050A Pole Position, RE050A RFT, and RE050A Scuderia.
