Ive found I cant put it on the dash of the S2000, its all over the place, so I got RAM mounts and its gorgeous and super easy to unhook to move to a diff car...I havent bothered hardwiring....
I did upgrade to 5.4...where did you get this beta code?

Garmin posts the beta firmware for the 2610 series right on the software upgrades page.

Nice review - it looks to be pretty much the same as mine, except faster at caluclating routes, IR and touch screen....all else looks the same..
