Who's serious and who isn't.
All the people that said there coming, speak up so we know whether to do this or not. I don't want my money being tied up just to find out that 80% of the people here aren't coming and they cancel the event.

I think if they list the details, list who has already paid (it's either paid, or not..none of this new owner of my car so he doesn't need to pay. No one needs to know that)
Then setup a drop dead date for payment with a minimum number of participants before the event gets cancelled. This will probably alleviate some headaches. That way it's up to the rest of the group to help make it happen.
Andrew has already done a lot for this, time for the rest of the group to step up to the plate.

Thanks Andrew. I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out why someone wouldn't want to attend. Even if it's just to hang out, go for ride alongs and shoot the shit.
