actually, if you read what i wrote wayyy back, i want to use r-comps all the time (except winter), but i drive too much.
R-compounds in the summer
Snows in the winter
Sure sounds like a good reason for two sets of wheels to me...

Or even three sets of wheels
1- S-02s for general summer street driving
2- R-compounds for spirited drives, autox events and track days
3- Snows in the winter
Or even four sets of wheels
1- S-02s for fun summer street driving
2- All-seasons for all those miles you put on your car on a daily bassis
3- R-compounds for autox events and track days
4- Snows in the winter
Or even five sets of wheels
1- S-02s for fun summer street driving
2- All-seasons for all those miles you put on your car on a daily bassis
3- R-compounds for autox events and track days
4- Snows in the winter
5- Backup rear S-02s because the forced induction just melted the last set
Dude, I could go on and on. It ain't just a car, but for you it is just money, so get up off your lazy but and go spend some...

every 6 months is a lot different than every few weeks - or as my mood would require.

Come on guys. Can you really picture Nimesh out in his drive-way changing rims every couple of weeks?
Holy crap, now that you mention it, no way in hell...
