Doesn't bother me one bit, but it's not a commuter car for me....I would find the S2000 annoying as a commuter car...(still not saying it wouldn't be fun - just not practical)....

So about 5K rpm constant... i think you could get used to that quickly.

Now 6K, that would be annoying and hard on fuel for the commuters
