you asked about the difference between ap1 and ap2

If you really want an s2k i think you'd be best to sell the rx8 and look for an s2k in the states, instead of looking for a trade.

Good luck with whatever you decide but hope to see you in some of the meets!
BTW many S2K owners are quite attached to their cars so your best bet might actually be to sell your car and look for someone who's actually selling their S2K.
But then again first you should do a test drive to determine if a 2-seater convertible is really what you want.

You could get a nice ap1 for the price of your car. If you are in no rush, don't make any decisions you'll regret. Wait it out, an ideal situation will come your way sooner than you think.
Also, I'll definitely love to come out to your meets whether in my RX8 or if I haven an S2K by then. Lemme know when your summer meets start and where it will be.
Thanks again.

No worries, I've done the whole car trade thing way too many times. From experience, I got lucky a few times and vise versa. You won't be any further ahead by swapping...
I still go to the track and meet up with some of the guys on the board; I now own an FA5 4dr Si (DD). I've went through 3 different S2k's and other sports cars as well.
If you need any help on something, drop me a PM.
