Ok well i called and this is how it works. Their normal business hours are after 6pm most days, just as their calendar says, prior to that, during the days, it is for grouo bookings. Because it is family day they are open to the public 1pm all the way to midnight! This means 4:30pm is still good.

I have always been curious what it would be like to have more weight on the kart. Maybe next time i could find some 50 lbs sand bag or something and strap it to a kart.
