Well, the price is so high because it is from Mugen. haha, sad but true.

Many used exhausts all look like that due to oxidation.

Mugen brand new is around 2g if i remember correctly

again, that is what many used exhausts look like. nothing special here

I might just wait until a member of the T.O. community has something that I want...so I can pick it up locally. I have all the time in the world. I won't be modding during the winter....

But I will be driving my S during the winter...:-)

What is your opinion on the Invidia v3 exhaust ? I know many ppl feel it's way too loud...but it seems like you can get them pretty cheap (400 CAD) and would there be any gains?

edit-- I also saw a Amuse 1000 single for sale in the US...him that sound is intoxicating :-P

well, for the design of any dual exhaust it will be difficult to get noticeable gains since you split the exhaust flow into 2 paths.

It is pretty loud, but then again about the same as the T1R 63mm i feel. (still much quieter than any 70mm exhaust)

hehe, the amuse exhausts are fine alright..

Zippo - but about half the weight of stock.....
