and better......

and NO, AN NSX WILL NOT MARGINALLY OUTPERFORM A 987 BOXSTER S....

BUT, a 987 WILL marginally outperform an NSX.

if you thought the S2000 was point and shoot, the 987 is point and hit bullseye.

Probably 2 for me Jarek. I love my S2000. No need to get rid of it just yet - plus I have a shedload of mods coming my way . . .
And as I'm never getting rid of mine unless I crash it at the track, I have 1st bid on those horns of yours in 2 years Rob!

so say the numbers in the mags.....compared to the NSX numbers you were posting in the other thread.

my new motor trend came yesterday....0-60 5 secs....1/4 was 13.2 or 13.3.

but it did the slalom in 73mph....it bettered an ENZO

and that's what was so incredible about it - it's transitional reflexes....it is SOOOO well-balanced - unnaturally so....the brakes were awesome with no dive, the ride was supple and tight (on 19's) - not sure how they managed THAT! i had it in sport mode the entire time (car had PASM).

the one i drove priced out at 93K....had the adaptive seats....i was afraid to sit in them...they are truly works of art.....the best seats i've ever sat in....adjustable a gazillion ways.

the motor pulls right from idle....throws are marginally longer than the S2000, but nowhere as notchy.

honestly, the mags (all) can't stop gushing about it.....and neither can i.

280HP, 3000 pounds.

so you drove the 987?....they're at dealers already?

straight line sounds about equal, but that slalom, NICE!

WHat are you waiting for? Bean season?
