How often do you change your engine oil and tranny fluid for your car? What's your recommendation? Thanks!

Once a year for oil and tranny once a blue moon... 2 years?

I used to do this following the regular maintenance when my car was out year round.

Now it's more like wing's schedule. Though if I get 2 or 3 track days in, I'll probably do an oil change before going for more.

Wouldn't it depend on what oil you use? Dumping a nice synthetic at 4-5000km would be a waste IMO.

at least once a season for both. Generally 5-6k for motor oil and tranny every 2ndish oil change.

I follow the maintenance minder. I got about 8k KMS from each oil change using synthetic. I change the diff every year along with the trans.
