If its made in the US, make sure the shipper marks clearly that they are MADE IN THE USA and they're should be no duty.

If its made in the US then you don't pay duty but you will pay GST and PST at the border. Call customs Canada. I imported a CF hood and had to pay the tax, the hood was made in the US.

When I ordered Kumhos and as well another set of Hankooks (Made in Korea)
from tirerack and discount tires, the Duty, brokerage and Tax came to around $70-90
for each set of tires.....it was still overall chaper then buying here.

High end Potenzas are more then likely made in Japan, im guessing Duty would be around the same as what I paid.
