Do Mercedes dealers deal?
I'm looking for a E320 with sport package and the current deal they have (standard deal) is 2.8% (regular 7.7%) lease rate or $8000 off. Obviously I'm taking the 8000 off since financing can be arranged privately for a lot less. My question is whether I am able to bargain for more discount in addition to the standard deal they have going now.
I heard that since MB Canada owns all the dealerships this is not possible. Is this true?

mercedes do not deal. maybe a few hundred dollars, but thats it
my father just got a s500 4 matic and they would not move an inch
none of the dealers would. If you want the car, buy it. if you dont, then dont buy it. thats they way they think. they dont care about your business. they are very anal there
its a little funny, i laugh when i go there. they just dont give a s**t

from what you are saying for 8000 bucks off... guess you are getting a 2003 model... what would help is .. if they don't have the exact car that you have (maybe a few options more) ... they could give you the options for free or a lesser price...

in terms of price, no, they don't deal on current or demand models.....
of course they will discount out going models....
