Reliability is good, features another.

The real quality of an oven is how it maintains temp and how evenly throughout the cabinet.

Its like the NSX of ovens, old but **** it works great.

^ and is probably not over priced (for its value) unlike a new NSX?

Actually it really is expensive, for a small box that gets hot I should be able to date it.

But no

But can you sell the oven a few years down the road for almost as much as what you paid? Thats the question and thats the difference between the NSX of ovens and the nuclear powered C6 Z06 of ovens.

The Z06 oven will get up to heat faster than Vince caught wearing assless chaps at a Villiage People concert, but will it keep on cooking for over 15 years?

Nimesh I'd listen to your comment if you had a clue..however this is COOKING.

Something you either watch, or pay someone to do.

Miele and Wolf make likely the best ovens you can buy...you're Dacor stuff is nice, it is but its not what I'm looking for.
dacor's not nice...it's affordable.

if i wanted nice (and effective), i would have bought viking or wolf.

Viking is crap..shows what you know heh

Dacor is way better than Viking. Wolf, is lovely stuff as well. I'm going wolf cooktop and Miele ovens.

SubZero or Liebherr for fridge. Probably Lieb because its better built and better interior space.
