Last week at fairview i heard my alarm give a warning and i was sitting at just desserts on the patio and i caught some guy opening his door into my door. he dented and took a piece of paint with him. $779 damage. hes paying cash

I got his plate and car model... i even remember his face.
But the cop was telling me, he can charge him for leaving the scene. But he can't do anything about the damage because is private property and he didn't see the accident, so he doesn't know whos fault it is.........
Is pretty obviouse whos fault it was... he hit me on the side....
now, i got scratches on my bumper and rim.... and my 2004 sliding door for the cup holders is not SLIDING anymore... after the crash.... i donno if it has anything to do with it... anyone with 2004 that has this problem?

I know, is not THAT noticeable and all that... but is gonna always be on the back of your head... AND IS NOT EVEN MY FAULT!!!! And I have to pay to fix it...

if u have his plate find out where he lives and knock on his door and tell him he hs 2 options hes gonna get charged
or he pays u for the damage and a little extra for dinner...
