I've been using one of these for about 2 years now. Not a lot of complaints but I only have it as a phone. I don't use it for the browser. My only complaint with it is that I wish the ringer was MUCH LOUDER. Sometimes when I'm driving with it in my pocket, I can't hear it ring. Then I miss the call.

It has a vibrate option... I only ever have mine on vibrate since I hate hearing it ring.
