Bio, no - no - no! Yellow lines are found on single lane roads, ie; county roads. The lines are broken on straight aways, allowing you to pass when safe. They are solid yellow lines when approching curves, uphill grades etc. These areas you "ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PASS". It is not a recomendation, it is the law. Read the passage from the HTA above.

This is years ago but I recall watching a car to *cartwheels* as it came off that ramp (410/404). Yeah cartwheels! End over end. Scary shite. I was in the field behind Geo Henry SS.
