It took a lot of whining and complaining but I finally convinced the Mrs. to let me do the course; she wasn't too impressed with my skills seeing me land it on the tire wall . What's more, when I asked if she would join me she said would consider it. The only thing holding her back is the fact she can't drive stick.

So to all y'all that have actually attended one of these things....

would she just have a miserable day if it's pretty certain she won't be able to shift gears comfortably the entire time?

And, if we do decide to go, what course would you guys recommend? I was thinking the 2-day learn to lap course. Appears to be a lot of overlap with the other HPDE courses I have taken but my track record obviously shows I'm no professional. I was thinking of the full three day course but there is damage liability on the 3rd day I don't want to take on.

If she can't drive a stick, I don't recommend for her to go.

1 - No syncro in the car
2 - Heel/Toe has to be used

Then again, the car will do 101 or so in 1st gear....
