jay got a rim job...

and you will hate the perl after a while for it's not full kb... the new one is coming out in q1 2007... perl with full kb

Yup.

I'm gonna have a cell phone for the rest of my life anyway, and it costs something like $20/remaining month, up to a maximum of $200 to break the contract. I could break it next week, pay $200 more and own the phone outright for $400. Still a better deal than retail.

I was really on the fence about not having a qwerty kb but 4 other people I work with who are really not tech-savvy have it and got used to it very fast. I'm sure by this time next year there will be something better out anyway that I'll pick up. Slide out kb on the side, or flip open with a large screen and kb like the LG or Nokia.
