I too cut out caffine.. made a big differance..
and ya Simon.. I love my exhaust.. but it was killing me on the way home.. I swear I was going to start crying!

I, the Spa Leader am so deeply appreciative of your devotion to the cause of eliminating the world of unsightly swirl marks. You need to know this error was caused in haste, not with intent.
Please understand where the Dark Leader is coming from. He now lives in fear because as a unified force the Formulas and the Spa will one day soon rule. The Dark Leader is just up to his old tricks, trying to put a wedge in between us so we are not as strong.
