do you think he is worse than the team's first Technical director Craig Pollock ?
the success I must say was in the Richards era.. but he also complimented that with poor driver contract dealings in witholding bonus money for Jense.. so you never know.. Gil may turn things completely around by mid season ?

That combined with the fact that McLaren were absolutely terrible that year, Williams had two drivers who were leaving the team and Renualt was just starting to pick up steam
= fluke.
Also, DR left after the end of the season. The current car (007) would have already been designed and in the early stages of implementation. Bottom line, the current package is garbage.
