I have a white AP2...
I would be interested in a straight swap, just as long as there is no money being exchanged. (don't have any)
GPW 2006 87 000kms black interior.
Wonder how much more my insurance would be, couldn't imagine it would be much worse then it already is.
only worth 20k?

LOL ya I'm not that generous, I'd still need about $10k from you.
now your pushin it... an 06 s2k is worth alot more then 20k... ask mancy, he is in the car selling business. Car is worth at least 25 to 26k... i think plus 5 or 6 max would be fair.

The wheels are gunmetal, but will only fit a Porsche.

As for pricing I'm not going to debate what generally an S2000 is worth. An 06 is probably worth less than the $33k that I'm asking and more than $20k. Everyone is free to make an offer... However there is an 05 selling on this very forum for $20k.

I don't know about Canada, but someone did a US inventory count and there's only less than 600 GPW S2000 with full black interior ever produced, all made in 06. If you want GPW you're going to have to pay a bit more since they are more rare. Or you can buy that Yellow and color it white for a couple Gs.

lol there you go, ^, now my car is worth $30K.
So is it a deal?
*kidding, no one needs to get upset.

Thinking about it further, I'm very paranoid about my S2, can't imagine how I would feel about a Porsche.

it's a beautiful car, but a porsche is the last car i'd buy. maintenance cost on a porsche is going to far outweigh what the cost of upkeep/repairs on an s2k is going to be.

i know a guy who made the mistake of buying a used porsche and it ran low on oil while his wife was driving it... needless to say, the repair was more than the car was worth.

^^^Yeah that. Thank you Honda for making a low maintenance sports car. I'm happy with what i have and no intentions on moving on towards any German or european vehicle for that matter. I just don't see the logic in spending lots of money to up keep a "VEHICLE". I'd rather take the money i save and spend it else where like towards a vacation or buying something nice for the wife every now and then.
