Ive found another that I really like, and its dirt cheap too!
Tomatin - a Highland single malt kinda Macallan like, semi peaty, a bit smokey, a bit fruity..$45 a bottle! Cheap.

On the wedding day, my dad cracked a really old bottle of black (over 20yrs in the bottle)... i know scotch doesn't age in the bottle but it definately was different from the new bottle i had at home. Much more complex.
