Default Anyone NOT using a front plate?

Now that there are some new T.O. members, I'm curious to see if anyone has removed their front plate? if so, have you been given a hard time about it?

I once got a ticket for my lack of front plate. I'll never do that again...

I never have the front plate since i got the car in 2001.

i got caught for about 5 times, no ticket received

all the cops ask me to get it back as soon as i can, and once the cop said that the car look nore nice without front plate.

i think this is because i do not remove the "plate hole" and it looks like a new car.

I've had my S for about a month now and I haven't had the plate on, I put in the plate hole thingies and it looks great. Why ruin an amazing front end with a plate. I will take my chances - what's the most they can do - hope to see some of the members next summer... my baby is going to sleep for the winter.

I have the plate on the vette in the windshield, fully visible - never a hassle. I'd just tell the cop that the dealer ordered the mounting kit and it's not in yet...

Peace...

i put my plate in the windshield b4 in my Prelude, cop caught me once and said this is dangerous. He said that if u have an accident, the plate might fly inside the car, and it might cut ur head off. Sounds scary!!!!, i never did it again and hope no one is doing it now.
