Default anyone had there car keyed, and can the scratches be buffed out!!

god damb, I parked my car at my buddys performence shop and spent about 2 hours there. When I came out I relized some had keyed my hood.
The gouges are right in the center of the hood, right between my washer squirt thingys.
There are three circles, and one of them you can see white in two spots. I can get my finger nail in one of them also.
My question is this, is there anyone that has dealt with this situation before and can they be removed with out repainting my hood.
Any suggestions would be helpfull!!!

why why why!!!!!!
not a scratch till now!!!!

If it's down to the metal, (through clearcoat & paint ) that is,.. if you can see "silver" then unfortunately a re-painting would be needed..

But if they are deep scratches that are still "black " in colour, then any GOOD detailer can "buff" them out using a fine cut compound and about 4-6 hours work..

Damn dude, that sucks! F I hate punks!!!

Hey Simon, how much would a "GOOD" detailer charge for say, a few small scratchs in the clear coat (two inch square area) that a certian dummy put in his car this weekend?

Cheers.

Man I don't even park it at malls.
I will take it to the shop that cleaned and waxed it to get, him to asses it; he seemed pretty good.
I had it 2 god damb weeks....man
I figured it would be safe at my buddy's shop and all, since everyone there is a car lover of sorts..
I swear if I find out who did this I will be going postal on his a$$.
P.S.Let's just hope he brags to the wrong person, the word is out......

smartson, youre right "I should, take it easy".
I think my pride was hurt more than anything.
I am so dam proud of that car , this is my first REAL sports car and to think that someone could be such an a$$ and destroy somthing for no reason at all, just baffles my mind.
To wreak something that someone obviously works very hard at keeping perfect. I don't get it dude.
Even if I don't like other people's cars I still treat other people's cars with respect, cause I know it is important to them.
Anyways could of been worse could of did the whole car.
thanks for letting me rant, it did help!!!!!!!!!!!!
