accident report

Default accident report
if there is an accident and there is a police report filed, but insurance was not contacted by you or other party. does insurance find out?

You still have to let insurance know. If they find out later, they won't like it and may refuse coverage.

yep...it is on your record and against your liscense and registration of your vehicle..once they do a renewal and find out...cancellation for dishonesty.

careless but im gonna get that dropped in court thats not my concern, i guess it cant show untill I get charged..
