For winter tires & first time on the track...Oscar did damn well for himself on the track! I was impressed.
By the last session he was noticably quicker on the track. He left that scoobie in his dust.

I had a great time! It sure beat being at work and the weather, well who could complain. Randy Sparre is a great instructor. It's too bad he didn't bring his 96 Porche GT2, instead i went for a ride along in his Smart Car. Believe it or not that was scary. The morning was a little tricky, with the cold conditions but by the afternoon I could finally get some heat into the tires and hook up. The only bad thing was i had to put up with squeaky brakes all the way home. I had nothing left on those pads.
Looking forward to the next track day.

Thanks for taking pics Fred!

Thanks for hosting the pix, Fred. Pardon the crappy quality - pix were captured w/ an old-skool Fuji Finepix 4800 and the pix were reduced to save space.

Here's a shot of a part of the "parking lot".

Rob fiddling w/ something and Mannn showing off his long-ass tool (for capturing the pix)

Picture of the da Mannn - taken on the way up to Mosport

And of course, these guys (leave it up to you to figure out who's who, cuz I sure can't )...

Ahaha I love it, most excellent. Was hard to see it yesterday on the little camera.

You guys have bigger shots I'm guessing?

Geez Vince, time for that limited slip differential and non-quick-release lug nuts!

Damn that was a great day!

Can't wait to see the pics Fred!

Seems like just about everyone spun out at some point yesterday. Jugging by the aftermath of Rob's, I'd say his was the worst
Accept for the guy Ian said would spin out first

I came close a couple times though
