Valve adjustment

It's not difficult, but it is tedious. I did my first adjustment at 23k miles and found 2 intake valves slightly out of spec (too much clearance). I set all intake valves to 0.008mm and all exhaust valves to 0.010mm; the low end of the specified range. I did a second adjustment at 49k miles and found that they hadn't changed much - 4 of 8 intake valves increased their clearance slightly, but were still within spec, and none of the 8 exhaust valves changed.
IMO, it's worth doing once the engine has settled in, but probably isn't worth repeating until you've reached higher mileage than me (unless you hear valve noise).

Alex, if your going to do this project I will not take it to a dealership, they might not do this job very well. If I was in your shoes, I'll call Darin {Pacific} or Stepahn {Car-tek} or Josh {CoralDoc} to help you out. Good luck.
