Besides the V-tech feature what is the difference between the V-AFC II and the S-AFC II.

They pretty much do the same thing just different in some aspects they are both used for fine tuning of Air/Fuel ratios

The VAFC Modifies manifold pressure signal and alters VTEC engagement points on Honda VTEC engines for example: stock VTEC on an AP! kicks in at 6000rpm's well you can adjust itto 5000rpm or 7000rpm its your call they are really good on N/A cars, I know because i had it on my EG aka 93 Civic hatcback with a fully built bottom end Ls-VTEC set-up. But you gotta know how to use it if not its as useless as a can of food without a can opener

The SAFC also Modifies and monitors air-flow meter signal (pressure signal in some vehicles) to optimize fuel-air ratio Vacuum.SAFC go well with Boosted cars thow some people rather go with other brands such as Greddy,HKS that can also alter air flow and what not. i actually sold one of these this week

Unless you like the way these things look in your interior, they are a complete waste of money. If you want to tune your car, get an EMS. I've never seen any noticable benefit to changing the VTEC crossover on an N/A F20C.

Pretty much agreed...

You MIGHT have some luck w/ a greddy.. but by FAR.. the EMS is the optimal solution....

Yeah - just need to find a EMS at the right price. Agree - a lot more functionality even though at this point not thinking about FI.
