Tranny Fluid
Per several members' advice here on the board, I just purchased two quarts of GM Synchromesh Friction Modified Part #12377916. The bottles say it's for use in 1500 transmissions. Is this the right stuff? The part # previously quoted was different (#88900399)...the part guy said the number changed. I just want to be sure before I change it out.

I know some members have had some problems in locating this fluid. I just picked some up at Maroone Chevrolet in Lake Worth. They said that they have about 10 bottles left. If you are interested I can pick up for you and get it to you at the next event.
