Default Tires

What tires do you reccomend for the s2000? Ive used the OEM Potenza RE050 and thought they were awesome, bought them last time again but they seem to have a short life.

Anyone know a equal or better tire with a good lifespan that has an equal or better price?

The folks at S2KCA seem to really like Kuhmos Ecsta MX's. Jim at Tire Rack would probably also highly recommend them if you asked him for the best budget tires. I just bought a set for $530 shipped to the tire shop next to my office. Still breaking them in so it's too early for me to comment on them (though I can at least tell you they are quiet).

I actually have my fronts in good shape but y rears are starting to really lose grip, i may also need in a couple months, i was thinking EagleF1, but my only doubt is about going 255 instead 245 on the rears ....

same here... i actually prefer my s02's on my ap1's compared to the re050's on the ap2's though. the kumho mx's and hankook rs2's are awesome tires as well from what most say.
