As of late some of us (Fidel, Willy, Dariel, Carlos) and myself have been meeting up at Bird Road and 87th but we've talking about going somewhere else to hang out. This is not to replace any "official" hangouts or meetings, but just something the down south boys do once a week. This is not hosted by s2ki.com and has not been assigned as an official weekly get together, but something we do as friends. There's been a couple of you recently who live down in this area showing some interest in meeting as well, so this invitation is open to you guys as well (I have a couple numbers from some of you and will get in contact once a place has been set). I ugre everyone to hang out on Tuesday nights for the official meet, and I myself try to go at least once a month (but it is a bit far). Let's brainstorm about a decent meeting spot for this week. Any suggestions are welcome. Bird Road and 97th/Kendall are not to be included. Thanks.

in all seriousness.. i feel your pain.. its difficult to arrange this as timeliness is not a real high priority.. and it causes people to leave IF its in a location where there aren't many other cars...

Thursday nights at Fruddruckers is bike night. I don't think we mind so much if there's not a lot of cars. Like I said, it's just basically a couple friends hanging out. The places where we were hanging out before are just getting so ricey, and I'm tired of playing "beat the cops outta the parking lot".

We could try the Kendall Ale House, Kendall Bahama Breeze or even go back to Hooters.

Yeah, someone did get shot at Kendall Ale House.

In any event, I think we're going to meet up at Bird and 87th at the Pollo Tropical, and then have a mini group drive to a different spot. I think the BB/Gatsby's area should be good. They're both in the same area and should have ample parking and a place to get drinks. Anyone interested in meeting, please feel free to do so. We're first meeting at Bird/87th at 9.30 then on to a different spot.
