speeding isnt the manin problem, its the disregard for traffic laws aside from speeding laws. like make a left turn from all the way off of the right lane. or stopping in the middle of the road cuase you past your turn and are to lazy to turn around. or all the assholes that takwe the lights.... thats what they need to go after...
