Seriously, I saw a girl the other day making a left turn peeling out, losing control, making a complete u-turn and going over the curb ending up on the opposite side of the road.

Wet conditions + Miami drivers = slow as **** + hazards
You also have to remember a majority of the people driving today in Miami have never driven like a person raised in the states, where you get your license when you are 16. They get their license when they are an adult and most likely they have seen only a handful of cars in their entire life.
Dammit I accidently deleted you post Alex... I guess you can't teach a guy that has never been a CO to be a CO!! Damn IPhone...

Anyway.. yeah, I'm never getting on the highway when it's pouring - I almost felt ashamed of driving faster than 35mph.
